A plan you can actually keep.
A posting pace built from your real hours, with the math shown. Batch days for the work, four weeks of slots with a purpose and a hook for each, and a weekly review that adjusts next week.

Keep it going
- Steady beats bursts. Four a week, every week, beats twenty in one week and none for a month.
- Keep a buffer: one or two finished videos ready for a bad week.
- Plan rest. A planned week off beats burning out and vanishing.
- Don’t delete and repost a video that underperforms. Study it and make a better version.
Protect your energy
- Separate the kinds of work: thinking, filming, editing and community. Bouncing between them drains you.
- Check numbers at set times, not all day.
- Track your energy, not just your numbers. Make more of what fires you up.
- Write down why you started and keep it where you’ll see it.
How it works
It starts with your hours and how long one video takes you (or a fair estimate), and shows the math: how many videos fit, plus about an hour a week for planning and replies. Then it holds you to the book’s realistic starting pace for where you are, because a pace you can keep for months beats one you can’t.
Each week follows the book’s rhythm: plan, script, film everything in one session, edit, then replies and rest. Every slot gets a purpose (reach new people, build trust, connect) and a hook pattern from the Hook Bank. Once a week, three quick questions adjust what comes next: slow down when it’s draining, add a video after two easy weeks, and give your best pillar the first slot.
Common questions
How often should I post?
As often as you can keep up for months with quality intact. Big studies say posting more tends to help, but mostly by raising the odds of an occasional standout, and only if quality holds. Brand new? Start with 2 to 3 a week.
Why does it cap my pace?
Because a pace you’ll definitely hit beats one you won’t. Adding a video later is easy; recovering from burnout isn’t. The weekly review adds one when two weeks in a row feel easy.
What’s the open slot for?
Plan the slots, not every video. Fixed slots go to your proven pillars; the open slot is for a test, a trend that fits, or a question from this week’s comments. When an open-slot video wins, it earns a follow-up.
What’s the best time to post?
It depends on your audience. Check when your followers are active, think about when your viewer scrolls, test a few times over some weeks, then pick regular times and stick with them.
