The three paths
Worth Watching is a big book, and it isn’t meant to be read front to back. It works as a course you follow in a sensible order, and as a reference you dip into when something goes wrong. The three paths are the course part:
- Path 1: Start Creating. You’re new, or you’ve posted a few things without a plan. You’re done when: you’ve posted ten videos and can explain why your best one worked.
- Path 2: Grow & Improve. You already post and want better results, or something stopped working. You’re done when: you can diagnose a weak video and run a fair test on your fix.
- Path 3: Create With AI. You want to use AI to help with your videos, or to make videos mostly with AI. You’re done when: you’ve finished one short AI video you’d be proud to label as AI.
Each path has six or seven stages. You don’t have to finish one path before starting another, and the paths overlap on purpose.
Common questions
Where should I start as a new creator?
With one finished video, not a perfect one. The Quick Start walks you from picking your person to posting in seven days, about 30 to 60 minutes a day, with a phone and a window.
Can I switch paths?
Yes. The paths overlap on purpose, and you don’t have to finish one before starting another. Retake this whenever things change: after ten videos, when something stops working, or when you start using AI.
Do I need the book to follow the plan?
No. Every day of the plan stands on its own, and the free tools do a lot of the work. The book goes deeper on each step when you want it.
Is my answer saved anywhere?
Only on your device, in My Studio. Nothing is sent to a server.
