Find your weakest step.
Every video goes through the same 15 steps. One weak step drags down the rest. Answer 15 quick questions, add your numbers if you have them, and get the step to fix first, with a 7-day plan.
Add your numbers (optional, sharper result)
Use your last 3–5 videos. Only length, views and average watch time are needed; the rest makes it sharper. Your numbers stay on this device.
Where to find these numbers
How it works
The book breaks every video into 15 steps, from knowing who it's for to keeping it sustainable. You don't have to be great at all of them, but one weak step drags down the rest: a great idea with bad sound loses people, and great editing can't save a boring idea.
Your answers point at symptoms, like where people leave or what comments say. Your numbers, if you add them, show what viewers actually did. The tool weighs both and names the step to fix first, plus a runner-up.

Common questions
Why are my videos not getting views?
Usually one step in the process is weaker than the rest: an opening that doesn’t give people a reason to stay, a middle that drags, sound people can’t hear, or covers that don’t say what the video is. This tool finds which one is most likely for you, from your answers and your own numbers.
Does it use industry benchmarks?
No. Benchmarks change by niche, platform and month, and most published ones aren’t reliable. The tool only reads your own answers and your own numbers. The one rule of thumb it uses is plain: if more than half your viewers leave in the first seconds, that’s most of them.
Is my data saved anywhere?
Only on your device, in My Studio. Nothing you type is sent to a server. Clear it anytime from My Studio.
How often should I run it?
After you’ve tried the 7-day plan and posted a few more videos, usually about two weeks later. Add your new numbers and it shows what changed.
Chapters 59 to 61 of Worth Watching walk through reading your numbers, fair tests and fixing the step that broke.
